Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have taken 43 individuals into custody over suspected involvement in internet-related fraud.
The suspects were arrested on Friday, May 30, 2025, following credible intelligence that implicated them in online criminal activities.
During the operation, officials recovered several items including 64 mobile phones, five motorcycles, four laptops, and one iPad.
According to the EFCC, the suspects will face prosecution upon the conclusion of ongoing investigations.
